Preparation
Before your servicing begins, our technicians will protect your floor and furniture with plastic sheets and paper rolls. This would also allow our technicians to clean up the affected areas easily after the servicing so as to minimise inconveniences to you.
Cleaning
To begin with the cleaning process, our technicians will remove the whole casing and air filters from the Fan Coil Unit (FCU). Following the removal of the casing, the technicians will clean the inner of FCU i.e. drainage pan, cooling coil and blower by brushing, wiping and vacuuming it.
Our technicians will clean and wash the air filters and casing in your toilet as well as vacuuming the drainage pipe in your floor trap. Fret not, our technicians will clean up your toilet after use.
Checking
After cleaning both the indoor and outdoor units, the technicians will proceed to check for any signs of abnormality i.e. suction and discharge pressure, amperes and internal parts.
