Moving into The Transition Stage, we continue to install, maintain, repair and service your air-conditioners while adhering to Safe Management Measures. From 22 Nov 2021, if people are residing within the household where works are carried out, up to 5 workers allowed per day. Past COVID-19 updates: Post-Circuit Breaker (Phase 2) - From 19 Jun 2020

Installation of new air-conditioners will be allowed from 19 Jun 2020 onwards in Phase 2 as the economy opens up gradually.

 

Past COVID-19 updates: Post-Circuit Breaker (Phase 1) - From 2 Jun 2020

Aircon servicing will be allowed from 2 Jun 2020 as announced by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce as one of the Safe Workplace essential services.

It is important to maintain your air-conditioners for safety purposes and your comfort. Contact us to book your slot in advance as we will be scheduling your appointments based on first-come-first-serve basis.

 

Past COVID-19 updates: Circuit Breaker

We have been approved by Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI) and Building & Construction Authority (BCA) to fix your air-conditioners if your air-conditioners have broken down or having issues.


Examples of air-con issue:

  • Leaking

  • Not cold or not cold at all

  • Breakdown

  • Blowing hot air

During this Covid-19 Circuit Breaker, aircon services are limited to only repairing your faulty aircon such as:

  • Repairing aircon and/or pipes

  • Replacement of air-con and/or pipes

  • Chemical overhaul

  • Other repair methods recommended by our Technical Team

Aircon servicing and new air-con installation will be allowed in Phase 2 from 19 Jun 2020 onwards. However, as our technicians are gradually been approved by MOM to work, we will do our best to keep up with the overwhelming schedule for air-con services.
